    Return Policy

    We hope you’re delighted with your Seletti Concept Store order however if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return the goods within 14 days from date of purchase. Please note Seletti Concept Store does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning them and this is why we recommend a traceable method.

    Seletti Concept Store offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for a refund, Seletti Concept Store will retain any original shipment costs incurred ($7 NZ, $15 AUS, $35 International).

    Sale stock purchased online can be exchanged or returned for a Seletti Concept Store Gift Card. Final Sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sale stock purchased in store cannot be returned or exchanged.

    All goods being returned to address below must be TRACKED so both sender and receiver have the ability to trace goods.

    STEP 1.

    Please email [email protected] with attention to 'RETURNS' and advising why you would like to return your purchase from Seletti Concept Store. 

    STEP 2.

    Pack your returned item(s) along with attached product tags and order number. All item(s) must be in a saleable condition. 

    STEP 3.

    Once received and processed customers will be notified by email. Shipping of returns will not be refunded for change of mind but only if the item is faulty. Duty and sales tax will not be refunded in case of return. If you have placed your order by checking out as a guest then you will need to create an account to return items. 

    REFUNDS

    All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items excluding original shipping charges. Please allow up to 7 working days upon us receiving your parcel to complete the process of your return. 

    We recommend you send your item back using a traceable service so you know when we’ve received it. Your can always contact us to double check. Unfortunately Seletti Concept Store cannot be held responsible for parcels without tracking that have not been received back. 

    RETURNS POLICY

    Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quickly as possible. All returns should be sent back to Seletti Concept Store in their original packaging provided. Unsuitable items must be returned within 14 days of purchasing goods. Returns outside the 14-day window will not be accepted. The item(s) should be returned unworn, in perfect condition, with all Seletti Concept Store and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and be sent back to the customer. 

    If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Care team immediately so we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, contact our Customer Care team who are there to help!
